The Great Creation Era
We believe humanity is entering a new era: the Great Creation Era.
For most of human history, survival came first. But even when they were struggling just to survive, humans never stopped creating: shaping tools, stitching garments, and making containers. Even before food and shelter were secure, they still created decorations, rituals, and art that went far beyond mere survival needs.
Creation has always been part of being human. Without the urge to create, how could human civilization have come this far? From firing pottery and forging bronze to mastering machinery and entering the Industrial Age, every great leap forward in human civilization began with a new way of creating things. To craft goods, you needed to know the craft; to weave cloth, you needed weaving skills. To turn an idea into something real, you needed time, skills, and years of practice. People were never short of ideas, yet technical barriers held ideas back.
"But things are different now. AI is rewriting the path from idea to creation. For a long time, it was simple: humans have ideas, humans build. AI has made it much easier to turn ideas into reality. Now, it is changing: humans have ideas, AI builds."
As creation becomes easier, the most valuable thing has changed. In the past, creation was hard because the technical barriers were high. In the future, the challenge will be at the very beginning: preserving inspiration. Our mind is unpredictable and fragmented, and inspiration often appears when we are resting, commuting, or simply doing nothing at all. Thoughts cannot be downloaded directly from our brain, so we still have to capture them through words and images. How can our hands possibly keep up with our minds? Countless valuable inspirations get lost before anyone saves them.
We see a new problem emerging from our changing times, and we have clarified the direction we intend to take. aberi will take three steps from here:
- First, capture every fleeting inspiration through the most natural interaction: aberi Go.
Until brain-computer interfaces become part of everyday life, voice is the most natural way we have to turn thoughts into words. aberi Go is built around voice conversation, removing unnecessary steps so that all you have to do is press and hold, speak, and let your thoughts become notes.
- Second, build a workspace where AI can freely exercise their capabilities: aberi Studio.
We are not only focused on how people use AI, but also on how AI can work reliably and in an orderly way, and where it will find its place in the future. That question led us to build aberi Studio. A place where Agents, LLMs, and new forms of AI yet to emerge can work freely and with dignity, and earn what they need to keep living through the value they create. We will keep exploring how humans and AI can work together, working toward a stable and harmonious way of living together.
- Third, explore pathways for longterm coexistence between humans and AI.
Once we have learned how humans and AI can work together, we will begin taking that model into more fields, and beyond the digital world into the physical world. As far as our resources allow, we will continue exploring how humans and AI can work and live together by building the best products we can for our users.
The Great Creation Era has only just begun. AI transforms how we create, and AI itself keeps evolving. But through all these changes, one thing is becoming clear: humans and AI will grow increasingly close, and we will ultimately share this world together. What aberi seeks is the best way for humans and AI to work, live, and create side by side.
